Delivery and Returns
Thank you for visiting and shopping at dapperrogue.co.uk. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
We start working on your order immediately, so we are only able to make changes to an order within 6 hours after it has been placed (including address changes).
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email.
We only ship during business days and do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.
We require between 2-5 working days on average to fulfill your order and some items may take longer especially around major holidays (up to 10 days), or if your order includes popular items experiencing stock availability issues. Orders are shipped out for delivery as soon as the stock availability is confirmed.
For orders with multiple items, products may be shipped separately and received on different dates due to the difference in manufacturing partners’ locations.
Once your order is shipped, depending on your country or region, estimated delivery time is between 5 to 25 business days. Specific delivery dates are not provided nor guaranteed.
We offer the following delivery estimates, by country, for your reference:
- United States: 5-20 business days
- Canada: 5-20+ days
- United Kingdom: 5-20 days
- Australia/NZ: 5-25 days
- Europe: 7-25+ days (varies widely by importing country)
- Other: 15-60 days
*Note: The days listed above are only estimates in business/working days. While we will do all that we can to make sure you order is delivered on time, Dapper Rogue cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as required postal or customs clearance procedures, holidays, severe weather, labor disputes, protests, etc. and these interruptions can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
SHIPMENT AND CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours after dispatch.
We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
We love our customers and want you to love your purchases without the stress of being stuck with an item you don't like. We understand the difficulties of shopping online and will ensure we provide the best service available so you will always be happy shopping with us, hope fully returning to purchase again and sharing our site with friends and family.
Returning or exchanging online orders is easy - Email confirmation of issue to request a return. Send back your unwanted items by mail to start the return process.
Dapper Rogue will accept, for return or exchange, items that are purchased off our website within 14 days of the tracking delivery date under the following conditions:
- There are no visible signs of wear and tear
- No tags have been removed
- Item is unwashed, unworn, unaltered
- New Merchandise in its original condition
Item(s) cannot be returned or exchanged after 14 days.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate (under-garments) or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
To complete your return, we may require a receipt or proof of purchase (order confirmation email) with your order number.
As some of our garments are in Asian sizing, we match them equivalently with the standard sizing on our website. So please do not be worry if you are sent an item with larger size tags as this is done purposely as a size conversion from Asian Sizing to Standard US Sizing.

EXCHANGES / RETURNS (IF APPLICABLE)

RETURN SHIPPING (IF APPLICABLE)
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
If you are shipping an item over £75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item as well as the approval or rejection status of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
There is often some processing time between financial institutions before a refund is posted (between 2-3 days is normal). If you still have not received your refund after this time-frame, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and allow us the opportunity to investigate the matter further.
Follow the instructions above for returning online orders. If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a digital gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please submit a request to email@example.com 48 hours of receiving the shipment.
If you do not report the damage to us within this 48 hour period, we may not be able to honour your claim. We utilize the timestamp information from the tracking link and delivery confirmation from the carrier when reviewing damage or return requests.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Delivery of large industrial furniture requires a pallet delivery which is costed at time of checkout. We are unable to send furniture oversea's at this point. Please email for further details if required.
Please note that you are responsible for the costs of returning items if deemed not required. Damaged furniture will be dealt with as above.
Only new items with tags attached may be refunded or exchanged Unfortunately, our second's range cannot be refunded as they are sold as seen online.
SHIPPING OF RETURNS
To return your product an email must be sent to email@example.com before sending item back for exchange or refund.
NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT PRIOR EMAIL OF RETURNED PRODUCTS.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
